Zkano sent me these great striped socks to review. Fifty bucks says you'll love them as much as I do. No, really.
Zkano are continuing the tradition of manufacturing socks in Fort Payne, Alabama, former sock capital of the world, making everything from start to finish in their factory. They have a range of products: from the simple white sock to socks with fun colors. Owner Gina Locklear has successfully injected her own design aesthetic and desire for organic living and sustainability into the business that was started by her family over 20 years ago.
When I got the chance to review a pair of Zkano's socks, I immediately was drawn to these charcoal gray and ivory striped ones. What can I say? I'm a sucker for striped socks. The cranberry red toes and heels are a fun little detail and make them all the more adorable. Made with organic cotton and low-impact dyes, they're soft and wash well. The fit is nice and snug, but not too tight. I'd love a pair of their polka dot anklet socks as well.
I'm teaming up with USA Love List and other bloggers to give you the chance to win $50 worth of Zkano socks. Giveaway ends Sept. 5th at midnight EDT. The winner will be randomly selected, verified for correct entry participation, and notified by email. In the comments below, I'd love to hear which Zkano socks you'd get.
