Apple Spice Oatmeal

When it's cold, there's nothing like a bowl of piping hot oatmeal to start the day. I like to make it even better with some apples and spices.

My kitchen renovation is almost complete. While there are still a few minor details left to be finished (some missing hardware, window replacement, fully unpacking,... ), finally having a functional kitchen again has been wonderful.
