Spotted at the Pilates Studio


These make Pilates crunches even harder.

We use these Thera-Band 1-kg soft weights* in my Pilates class sometimes. They add a bit of resistance when doing certain mat and reformer exercises. To make sure abs are engaged at all times throughout a set of crunches, balance one on your belly. Yowza.
