I must admit I was a bit shocked when I first saw that AA ad but the reasoning behind it does make sense. Though to why she was topless kind of doesn't to me, not that she doesn't look great.

I agree with you. American Apparel aims to be anything but subtle, however, hence the topless model.
DeleteThe American Apparel ad is "shocking" to say the least, but I appreciate the sentiment behind it. Also, I thought the Pentagon only being able to buy Flags in the US was kind of interesting-I'm not sure it's newsworthy; probably because I don't think a whole lot of people have really considered where the American Flag is made.

Erin, I disagree. The Pentagon being mandated to buy only American-made flags is quite newsworthy. There are lots of people who cringe (me being one of them) at the notion that people would purchase an American flag made anywhere but the USA.
