Foxy Lady

Skinny jeans are a wardrobe staple for me all year long. These Bullet Blues Fox jeans are a skinny, cigarette-style and 100% American made.

Founder Isabelle Benoit, following a visit to the Normandy cemetery and memorial, named her company Bullet Blues to honor the American soldiers who died there during World War II. She is a big supporter in the Made in America Movement and I think she's pretty awesome. Bullet Blues jeans are made in the USA from start to finish, from the denim to the zippers to the assembly. This is significant since many jeans that are made in the U.S. still use some (or all) imported components.

I think Bullet Blues tapped right into my brain when they designed the Fox jeans in Ciel. They are form-fitting, but stretchy (so they move with you easily), and designed to make your tush look spectacular. The leg opening is straight from the knee all the way down to the ankle, which I love. The buttery soft denim is from Cone, North Carolina: 99% cotton with 1% stretch. The rivets and buttons are custom made in Kentucky. And that light sky-blue color... Oh, Isabelle.

They also have the Fox in an Azur wash (with a hint of whiskering in the front) just in case you like your skinnies on the darker side. Their handy size chart compares sizing for Bullet Blues jeans with some more popular designer brands. How convenient.
